“Ordered 6m lengths of decking boards but was disappointed that there were about 2 ft shorter. However the delivering was quick and they have made a good quality raised bed”

“The one major thing I didn’t like was having no idea when my items were being delivered. The driver just turned up while I was at work and was very rude stating that he couldn’t deliver my stuff alone. He was very rude to me and said he wouldn’t deliver unless I helped. My 8 month pregnant partner was home and he was also very rude to her too. The delivery experience was shocking. But the online shopping which I done myself was not such a bad experience.”

“Ordering was easy and delivery quicker than expected. Some of the packaging was slightly damaged on arrival but it was difficult to be 100% certain without unpacking all 3 worktops. As it happened, the first worktop I unpacked had a small amount of damage at the back end edge so opened the second and third which were OK. The slight amount of damage i should be able to overcome with the extra length I have so shouldn't be an issue.”

“My decking was delivered to glasgow and arrived in perfect condition. Savoy timber updated me on delivery and although it was a bit longer than usual during covid i still received within 3 weeks..”

“Nice worktops, very good value. The only thing I was disappointed with was with your courier company, they sent me a message at 8:15 saying they would be delivering that day. So I had to come home from work.”
