“Fast delivery , easy to build and excellent quality”

“I ordered 3 doors on the 11th off May 2 of which were bespoke. I didn't receive the complete order until the 20th of August. I understand in the current climate that delays on materials is common however what is unacceptable is the complete lack of communication from Savoy. Not once in over 3 months did I receive an email or call to update me on the order I had to call numerous times to get updates all of which not one person knew when my order would be complete. Then out of the blue a delivery turned up with no notification prior (the order was incomplete). Then I had to chase the rest of the order again to be told one of the doors was out of stock and I would receive in 2 weeks. The complete lack of communication from Savoy is shocking.”

Hi keiran, Sorry you had to wait we shut or workshop for a while due to Covid. We did send updates regularly , they were sent via email. This is the same for the delivery notifications . from time to time these go to customers junk folders. either this or we have a wrong email address from when you placed the online order . “Work top looks great, very happy with it. Two problems was the email to say when it was arriving was short notice after both my wife and myself was already at work. Being in logistics myself and seeing Tuffnalls, I feared the worst but very well packaged and arrived unscathed. One other problem was when my carpenter came around to cut the worktop. The underneath became a messy looking cut. This also arrived a week earlier than expected so was very happy.”

“Very helpful and fast delivery for our decking boards which are of superb quality. The only slight niggle we have is the the courier company didn’t advise us of the delivery until the actual day and then only by email. It was lucky we could be there as it was 300 miles away! I understand that this is out of Savoys control but feel that Tuffnels should manage this better. The delivery driver was excellent and even helped my husband to carry the boards out to the back garden which wasn’t in the remit. So overall we are very happy.”

“Ordering was very simple and pricing very clear. There was a slip up and I did not get a confirmation email and I had to phone to see they had the order ok. Girl was very helpful and said it would be shipped the following week and I would get a mail to advise me. Very happy with the goods and shipping.”

“I needed some decking ,they had it in stock,and the pics was great,l had to pay a delivery charge as they had to deliver it ,the decking was fine for the garden planter's l made out of it great timber, great job 👍👍👍👍”
