“I ordered a worktop with cutting service. COVID-19 did intervene and caused a delay but Savoy Timber sorted it out with one to one calls. The worktop arrived very well packed. It's now been fitted and the joints are perfect. Measurements spot on. Well done Savoy Timber.”

“Excellent service, delivery driver was so helpful and very polite. I haven't opened the decking as yet I can only see it under the polythene so I cannot comment on the product at this point only the service, but even so the decking appears to be great quality. This is the second time I have ordered from Savoy despite living in South and having to pay a fairly hefty delivery charge I would recommend them purely for the service they provide”

“Bit chaotic with delivery. Chased if doors were delivered into preston. Told only get deliveries from the supplier on a tuesday and thursday strange as paperwork states saturday. For delivery on 10th. Then told 1 door out off 4 is not on delivery and will be a week late. Delivery turned up today complete. Stranger happenings by the day left hand not aware of what right hand doing”

“I ordered a door to fit to the side of the garage. The door arrived on time and was in good condition. The design of the door was good allowing left or right hand fitting. The door was as described and a perfect fit. Now installed and painted I am very pleased with the result.”

“Poor comunicatio. Broken timber boards, yes ok they replaced them, only with some that were from the bottom of the scrap pile, and one was broken. Poor over all.”
