“Excellent service from start to finish. I wanted an unusual cut on a worktop and Savoy were quick to respond to my query online. They even gave me a call just before they did the cut to double check. It was received much quicker than expected as well. Only one small thing that could improve the service is a few more detailed images of the products. The worktop I ordered was slightly more distressed than I was expecting more images would help the customer chose.”

“I ordered a budget decking kit, and was slightly worried about the quality I would receive for the price, but I was really pleased when it arrived! All wood looks straight, no warping or damage. Still yet to assemble to decking but will be doing that on my next sunny weekend. Looking forward to it! After placing my order, I hadn't heard anything for 10 days. Estimated delivery was 2-4 weeks, and during a pandemic I did expect a delay. But with no email contact since payment, I was worried something may have happened with my order. A quick phone call confirmed it was all okay, and was dispatched a few days later!”

“As a tradesman shopped here for years, when it reopened after lockdown very poor customer service no one answering phone, delivery times upto 2 weeks or when stock was in not a problem and understandable but didn’t ring on the day or before and just left materials outside property no warning.”

“Got 4 sets of decking bannister rail kits and they are excellent. Good timber and look great now they are assembled. I was a bit light on the number of screws for the spindles but otherwise 10 out of 10”
