“Was told 3 weeks for delivery and got them within 10 days. Also easy to assemble, lovely and stylish. Delivery men even took them to the room of our choice. Super happy.”

Hi There, I am sorry your first gate arrived damaged, I have checked with our customer services team who have advised me that we have replaced the damaged gate for a new one. Transit damage can happen to any product and I am sorry your feel this is a reflection of the quality of the products we offer, I can assure you this isn't the case. The gates we sell are superior and we use the best manufacturer to produce our gates. I hope your happy with the quality of your replacement and you get lots of value for money from your purchase? “I need banisters on both sides of the stairs, so did a lot of research on banister rails that would match what was already in place. These looked good, were well reviewed and were cheaper than many I looked at, so I ordered them and have been very pleased. The order came very quickly, with tracking and good notice of the timing on the day. Everything was well packaged and all there, and looks very good quality so I am very pleased indeed. Now to find someone to put them up for me!”

“Timber quality was better than I expected for not choosing the wood myself. Only about 5 in 60 boards were chipped and maybe a few more had cosmetic flaws. Good website and delivery.”
