“Although there was an initial problem with a incomplete delivery Savoy Timber acted really quickly to put that right which I found demonstrated that they have a good level of customer care.”

Hi there, I am sorry you feel like you were not kept informed over your gates. Made to measure gates do have longer timescales than normal gates. They are made by our manufacturer to your exact specification. I can see we did send emails regarding the delivery of your gates on several occasions. “Made a online purchase for kitchen worktops payment made and delivery date set the day before they was due to be delivered my wife had arranged day of work we had a phone call to say worktops unavailable very disappointed but still not got my payment back after 6 days. Hope this can be sorted.”

Thanks for your message , sincere apologies from us! I am sorry our normal refund procedure has not been followed on this occasion. I have made sure the refund was processed personally and I will also be following this up to make sure everyone concerned fully understands the refund process. We are also very sorry we have not been able to supply this worktop. We are currently changing our range. If you have not sorted our your worktops yet I am able to offer an alternative worktop ,but the cost is quite a bit more than the original worktop. Kind Regards Lisa

“They were delivered to the billing address not the shipping address and now we have to make arrangements to get them to shipping address . Also the handles etc did not arrive until the day after .”

Hi There, apologies that we are unable to give a specific time slot as the goods we ship are larger than normal ,we are limited to certain couriers to ship the items ,they don't offer specific slots as yet. I have looked on our system and we haven't got any details that you were not happy with our decking boards. Therefore due to this we have been unable to assist . “Got sent incorrect sized order, incomplete and damaged. Took several attempts to rectify and the issues but the customer service was appalling. Was offered a small refund which I never received. One of the worst online buying experiences I have had.”

“2x Work top damaged 6x Upstands damaged No refund agreed - offered £60 partial refund for £1250 purchased. No response from emails - raised a case with PayPal - waiting for outcome.”

“Quality and price is good, where I would expect them to be. However the website I find is misleading with regards to discounts, free delivery on larger orders and timing of deliveries, what seems to be offered is withdrawn when asked stating "not available on our timber or your delivery". If this is truly the case the wording on the website needs to be much clearer.”
