“Worktop was left outside in the rain when my husband had waited in for it. No one knocked on the door to even let us know. Lucky was packed well so box was damaged but worktop was intact. Probably not company's fault but courier was poor. Needs addressing with courier.”

Hi There, sorry to hear your not happy. For the goods to be unwrapped this would mean they have been delivered on our own transport. Our drivers always call before hand . Apologies if this didn't give you time to make your way to the property. The picture I can see here is very unclear.
