“We didn’t want a full length of worktop and Savoy Timber allowed us to have that. Also we needed it to be 30mm not the usual 38mm and Savoy Timber allowed us to have that too, so thanks very much”

“Service provider was good ....timber was ok other than two pieces were only 3 meters and not 3.6 delivery charge was a bit steep and no offer of a Saturday deliver option on your web site however your service provider offers this service”

“I ordered a white shimmer work top, just a small piece 600 x 628mm. I ordered on line and asked it needed to be cut to the exact size to fit in a cupboard shelf. When i initially arrived to pick it up i was handed a 1 metre piece, i asked i had ordered it to be cut to size. It was taken away to be cut to the size i asked, but when i returned home it was too big. I contacted customer service and they said to take it back and it would be re cut. So i returned and the same piece was then cut. But sorry to say still not cut to size when i got home...to big....so i have given up...i wont order or will be going back again....very disappointing.”

“Delivery was made in good time from the date of order, only purchased the "value decking kit", the quality of the product is very good and value wise, cheaper than other sites. Down side is that the fixing kit didn't arrive with the delivery, plus side is that this was resolved very quickly. Instructions didn't come either by email as described, but simple enough for someone to work out how to assemble”

“Savoy Timber were a joy to deal with from start to finish. Excellent customer service. I had many questions about the solid laminate, having not used it before and they were quick to answer my email queries in a very personable manor. The delivery service was great and they kindly arrange for the driver to call me an hour before he delivered so I could be at home. I would definitely recommend using them.”
