Hi There, Sorry to hear your not happy, occasionally we do come across problems with transit damage. We always work to the quickest possible time scales to replace any damages. As it was Friday and our courier service is Monday to Friday We are restricted to the next available delivery slot. We do recommend in our terms and conditions that no trades men are booked until good have arrived and been checked to make sure they are in perfect condition.
