“I ordered a sample and it came within 3 days, contacted them with a question and the answer back was very helpful. Our kitchen is as if a bombs dropped on it but when the time comes Iwill certainly make an order and use there cutting service.”

“Laminated timber had been stored incorrectly which resulted in it being bowed. Customer service advised that all the 30mm laminated timber bowed but it would correct itself when installed. Material installed - no sign of correction. Savoy Timber need to look into ISO 9001 to establish meaningful quality assurance standards.”

“I love the products and the service that is offered. An extra bonus was there was a sale on too. Can’t stop buying raised bed kits they are fabulous , had some wonderful vegetables and flowers this summer in the ones I made earlier. Can’t recommend them enough.”

“Ordered products off their Ebay store after speaking to their main website sales team regarding a delivery enquiry before ordering. £8 cheaper thru ebay site, delivered on time as promised, and the product Decking boards all in good condition and good quality.”

“The items I bought were really good quality and great value for money. I had a problem with delivery: the company advertises delivery seven days a week and next day delivery if you order before 11am Monday-Friday. I paid nearly £90 for next day delivery when I ordered at 9.11am on Friday - and my order arrived Tuesday afternoon. Apparently, it's next WORKING day delivery only for longer distances. Fair enough, but not clear on the website.”

“When delivery arrived there was no one to accept it so driver left it rear of house. When Iinspected the contiplast there were some chips taken out of the edges, possibly caused by careless handling. Luckily I only needed parts of the board, so I managed to do the work alright. The iron edging Iordered was missing from the delivery, possibly it had fallen out of the packing as it was loose.”
