“Absolutely excellent service. Arrived very quickly and fantastic quality. In particular, Neil, the delivery man, is an absolute credit to your company. He went above and beyond when delivering and put the boards in my back garden for me as I have just had a baby. His manner and professionalism are something to be recognised.”

“Fabulous service, bought some skirting boards online from here because they were the best price. I was initially worried that I had done the order wrong when I received an email saying it was ready to collect at Wigan. However, after ringing the Blackpool branch they confirmed it was simply a technical error. Nice friendly man on the phone, who confirmed my order was there ready to pick up when ever I was ready . Picked up no problem, no queues and helpful staff. Went through to the back to pick up my order where the men were great. Funny, friendly and professional. They even offered to carry it to my car which I declined, but was grateful for, as I usually have my children in tow and that offer in other circumstances would have been extremely appreciated. Other shops could learn a lot from Savoy and their excellent service!”

“Easy to order materials. Was told when materials would be delivered and driver was more than helpful to help with unloading. Plenty of communication from the moment i ordered to the min its was dropped off. Plus the standard of wood was great. Deffo use again”

“The delivery driver was unloading the timber onto a grassed area never rang bell to ask where we wanted it never spoke at all when we asked him to stop. Did move it onto concrete but still never spoke. If he had rung bell his job would have been easier as we moved the car to enable him to pull truck onto drive.”
