“Ordered 80 square spindles. Received 80 turned spindles. Only reason why not 1star rev. Because they were quick to organise a replacement, tho I’ve had to wait until they were collected for the new ones to be despatched”

“Ordered 6x2 timber and decking delivered on time could have had it earlier. All timber was excellent quality no splits in the decking ends or timber and straight really pleased . Definitely recommend”

“I ordered my timber on line and followed this up with a cutting list via email. Within minutes I had confirmation of my order and was given a delivery date. The timber arrived as promised and all the cuts were exactly as requested. I have used Savoy many times and will continue to do so as they never let you down. Thank you”

“I ordered three doors of three different sizes. As these were made-to-measure, no trimming was required. The faces were already primed. The packaging included 2 sheets of 6mm MDF, which will come in very useful. The finish was good and consistent. No problems.”

“The purchase worked well enough, but the customer service was rubbish! I had a minor complaint involving a faulty piece of decking that was cracked right through. Should have been easy to deal with but after supplying photographs of the faulty timber as requested, I was just ignored and I heard nothing more from Savoy Timber. The options below don't allow me to say that I communicated with them by phone AND email. They also don't allow me to say that the complaint remains unresolved”
