“Very efficiently dealt with the enquiries and also arranged for the items to be delivered from a different branch when the local branch did not have the items in stock. Will definitely use them again and have also recommended them to others”

“Ordered a rail in a box as best I’d seen anywhere. Minor issue over delivery but spoke to Scott and he sorted it out. Great customer service. Arrived the next day. Great product, very happy.”

“Staff late opening had a driver paid by the hour stood waiting to get it when advertised 8pm opening. Busy moving wood around the yard and wouldn’t let me driver in as they were not ready to open if that happens every morning I suggest staff getting in at 7.30 Also post Crete very expensive. Price on wood competitive”

“The purchase was easily completed online. The turn around of the order was very, very quick. HOWEVER, Savoy were badly let down by their courier service (Tuffnells) who did NOT message me on the day of delivery. I had left the house and my family were due to leave within the next 10 minutes or so, when they arrived UNANNOUNCED! 10 more minutes and the house would have been empty. I have held a star rating since Savoy were let down by their third party.”

“Ordered online and paid then told by store that the items had been discontinued then to be told by the national sales team they had not then the items eventually got delivered and put in the hallway in the way for a disabled person which led to much difficulty to get them moved also been charged for edging strips when they was advertised as included with the worktops of 3000mm of which 3 we ordered including the breakfast bar. Was not impressed and will think again before ordering from here.”

“Very good price , excellent delivery , the quality was poor 3 out of 25 damaged beyond repair probably because 18m just isnt thick enough for decking. I couldnt wait another week or more so i had to reduce my decking by 3 x 120 and use the broken ones as packers .”

“Ordered 5 off 5.1 Mtr lengths of value decking boards the boards were not warped but there was a odd knot that had come out, a gouge about 50mm out of another length and one of the lengths had a split for about 150 mm from the end, and I needed the whole length, my only gripe is why don’t the people getting the timber ready for delivery check for splits, when I pay for timber at the high price it is at present, I expect it to be free from splits and damage, that said it’s much better timber than from wickes and b and q”

“Purchased a sample of calderia worktop, we have viewed this worktop in Howdens. We wanted a sample for our mood board to create our colour scheme. What we received looks nothing like the worktop. Pale grey and more like a strip of edging, which you dont get with compact laminate. It did however arrive quickly.”
