“Took longer than advertised to deliver and kept harassing me for a review. Sent the first request at 5,05pm. Deleted it. 6.24pm another request. Seriously, stop harassing people.”

“Bought two value decking kits. After measuring the area I wanted to deck I was able to buy two kits with very little waste due to the many options on the range of sizes. I bought 2.4 x 6 metre and a 1.8 x 1.8 metre. Placed my order through the website and had an email saying delivery would be two days to deliver, had a phone call the day after ordering to ask if I could take delivery that afternoon, I am a happy customer.”

“Products 1st class, service diabolical. Once made about 34 calls til the phone was answered. Told I couldn’t book Saturday slot and was 14 day wait anyway. Items turned up a few days later when I was at work and nobody rang to say order was on way. Then I was told the driver would come Saturday afternoon when they said there was no Saturday deliveries initially but the stuff arrived Saturday morning ha. I had some heavy worktops on the van and the poor guy was on his own so I had to help him. I would recommend you employ someone just to answer calls and take orders because you must be losing so much business.”

“The initial delivery was only 50% of the original order, this was addressed immediately and the remaining items were delivered 3 days later. When I unpacked everything and tried to match up the boards they were of various lengths, some 4.2m, others 4.0m and 4.4m, so this was annoying and required some modification and fitting.”
