“Excellent company ordered on line for click and collect but needed to change store for pick up. Staff on phone very helpful and arranged this and then actually offered to deliver to home address. Delivery prompt and efficient and delivery drivers helpful and courteous. Happy with good quality of door ordered too. Thank you”

“perfect doors within the estimated time to arrive very nicely packed in cardboard packages, upon delivery the doors were found to have been made to a very high standard and I am certain that I could not have chosen a better supplier well done savoy timber eric fisher”

“Part of my order took 3 to 4 weeks to arrive. Called customer services on 4 separate occasions and received 4 different answers! Courier service not much better either. I won't be using savoy again”

“This is our second order. Staff in store (on phone) were great. Delivery was great and when promised by the store but once again we had no phone call to confirm delivery, even though instruction was on delivery note.”

“I sent my delivery driver to collect a worktop from the Wigan store , collected as agreed and delivered to my retail premises only to find as they advertise there was worktop edging , rang store and they said they normally come in wrapping , I told them obviously the store did not check and I am not making a 40 mile journey to collect the strip , the lady said we will sent one out , I am still waiting and I have had to buy some from local B & Q which is a close to the colour that would match as I needed to complete the job”

“I bought 9 of the deck balustrade kits, they were promptly delivered but with a couple of omissions. However, the missing items were promptly despatched once I notified Savoy and I could finish the job. It wasn't too hard to work out how to put everything together, but some instructions might help. I am very impressed with the result; it looks great.”
