“Ordered some decking boards and timber online for home delivery expecting to have upto 2 weeks delay for delivery To my surprise and delight savoy phoned me up within 2 hours of placing the order to say they could deliver within the next 2 hours. Great service and would recommend to all.”

“The only thing that lets you down are the courier. Didn’t knock the door just dumped it & ran. If I hadn’t had to put the bins out it would have stayed there all night ( perhaps ). Yourselves very good service would definitely use again”

“Savoy timber confirmed my order by email which said that they would contact me within 2 days to arrange a delivery date - They didn't! They still hadn't contacted me after 12 working days and so I had to chase them. Delivery was finally made beyond their initial promised delivery date by Tufnells who equally didn't send me the email that I was promised with a 1 hour delivery slot and not only that one of the packages was virtually destroyed and I was amazed that everything was still in it.”

“Great product. But an elderly lady had to help the driver with a 3m worktop as he turned up on his own and requests for an early notification were ignored, instead a call 10 minutes before arrival was made.”

“I was disappointed in the lack of contact from Savoy Timber. They did actually deliver during the week they said they would but I had to contact then several times to find out when I could expect my delivery. I found them not to be doing what they advertised they would do such as being in touch within a few days to advsie delivery etc.”

“Purchase was wrong only sent half what was ordered, needed wood cutting, they didn't. They took it away. Two weeks later it turned up. Emailed them a few times chasing order up. Got no response. Ended up going to shop to find out what was happening”

“parcelforce dont work weekends (royal mamil)... item arrived down the road, local just after midnight Sat. too late for delivery, maybe use altenative courier?? received, not as pictured on website... no finishing on at least one end.”
