“Having used Savoy Timber when working as a self employed joiner and now doing a home project, it was a no brainier to use them again. The day before delivery I had a call asking what the timber was being use for, I explained it was for a pergola and would be on show. I was told it would then be delivered by the end of the week as the stock they had was no good for this. The timber was delivered by the end of the week as stated but not as I expected, I’m guessing they didn’t get the stock in, usually I would refuse to take delivery but as there’s a lack of building materials I decided to keep it. So an afternoon was spent with an electric plane to make it fit for purpose. I don’t think I will be using Savoy Timber again. Very disappointed.”
