“The lady i spoke to was polite. patient and helpful. If I have any reservations they would be to do with the website which is not very logical.”

“The worktops were as per ordered, all good finish and the price was good, the only downside was the delivery, I could not be at home on the delivery day but my wife was, the delivery driver from Tufnells arrived on his own, and had to ofload 4 off 3meter length of worktop, he could so have easily injured himself and/or damaged the worktops , why was he on his own we paid £135 ish for delivery, and for this a man could have had a serious injury.”

“Sales staff member Cala was great, a small item of our order didn't arrive with the larger items, so I emailed and Cala replied almost immediately apologising and promising to send it out to us by 1st class post..........but, a little disappointed in delivery time. It was stated on the website that 2 day delivery was possible, didn't realise this was only for local delivery to the north west until I placed and paid for the order. I received the email which stated delivery would be week commencing 18th Jan. Delivery arrived 26th Jan. (Small 2 inch chip on the side of the worktop, hope it'll be what's cut off the end). Nice worktop, should look great.”
