“Didnt have all the lengths of decking that I wanted. But otherwise, a very good service I was kept informed of the delivery and it came on time.”

“Great service with knowledgeable staff. I bought a timber deck kit from the Preston site, the staff were very helpful & took time to give me all the information I needed regarding cementing in the support posts, fascia boards etc. Everything was delivered, checked & neatly stacked in my garage by a very nice young man the day after. Excellent service. I'll definitely go there next time I have a project requiring timber.”

“I ordered MDF to be cut into multiple pieces online on a Sunday evening and by 8.30 the following morning I received a call to advise that my order was ready to collect. Cannot fault this service. However, when I arrived I was told my order was ‘over there’ and no assistance was offered. It was an awkward load to carry and it took me four trips from one end of the store to the front of the shop, avoiding other customers and staff. Either an offer of help would’ve been good, or items ready for collection be stored near the front of the shop.”

“The door I received was not the one I ordered (paid for 6 panel received 4 panel) I didn’t realise until I fitted it so will have to live with it now but apart from sending wrong order I found this company very efficient.”

“I'm really happy I found Savoy Timber, I was just googling worktops and they were the cheapest I could find, even my local B&Q 10 minutes away was more expensive. And you have a wide variety of designs. It was packaged very well it was hard to get into and the delivery driver was friendly too. Just one little hiccup...Notifications were left very last minute, I got an email on the morning it was being delivered and it was just lucky someone was home, it would have been nice to be given a delivery date 2-3days beforehand. Hence 4 stars would have given 5 if it wasn't for the Notification. But other than that brilliant on price.”

“Well over a year now but from memory. The telephone service was a bit slow and not too helpful but I do remember that the driver (Polish?) was particularly helpful and cheerful. The timber was fine.”

“Excellent service, I have used this company on a number of occasions, each time excellent service, from the booking to the delivery. I even had to alter my last order, an error on my behalf. Savoy Timber just altered the order without any fuzz or drama. I would strongly recommend this company and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.”
