“Ordered laminated pine sheets and they were a perfectly flat, no warping at all. Only downside was the delivery van had a leaky roof which meant one end of an MDF sheet was soaking wet. Fortunately I didn't need quite all of the sheet. Delivery was quick and driver apologised for damaged sheet.”

“I thought that your receptionist who took my order and was very pleasant and competent said that my counter would have an end strip of Formica enclosed with the order. if so I didn’t get the strip..Also delivery. Took about 10 days which I thought was a bit slow. I am it making a complaint but you did ask, Donald Law”

“Ordered 24 lengths of decking 5.4m. Delivery was earlier than expected and driver was excellent carrying them to where I wanted. Decking was of great quality with no twists or warped lengths. My only gripe was 2 of the lengths were a different colour to the rest but once treated with stain they should be OK.”

“Very easy online purchasing experience and very good service - delivery the day after despatch despite being told 3-5 day service! The only slight negative is that i had to contact Savoy to find out the status of my order after a couple of days as there was no order acknowledgment email. Potential for more communication with the customer - otherwise excellent. Thank you.”

“I placed an online order for some decking boards i received a call to tell me the delivery date and time and all was perfect until the delivery, he pulled up at my house he brings the timber to my door put the timber down all i got from him was a couple of grunts and the delivery note pushed into my hand and he left. A smile or even a good day would have been nice but no he was just miserable b****** that was the only thing that let Savoy Timber down”
