“Little bit of damage on receipt of small worktop but had enough to get around the problem offered refund replacement I accepted a partial refund done quickly and very helpful thank you”

“Item arrived earlier then expected due date which was good. Unfortantly one work top was damaged this was replaced and took about a week. Unfortantly the brackets and edging were missing from the first order. This was raised and the brackets came with the replacement surface however still had to chase the ending strip which finally have arrived. Appreciate that there are less staff working and found Interactions with the staff via phone and chat postive and helpful.”

“Easy website, great variety of products, quick delivery, Only issue was that the product (decking ballustrades) weren't quite as good quality as we'd expected and not entirely fit for purpose. However after some tweaking it looks great.”

“The ease of ordering and the quality of the product were both excellent. The only aspect that let the whole thing down was the courier company used – Thurrells – which failed to fulfil any of its promises… Having failed to pre-warn me of the delivery date or time, they simply left a large piece of worktop leaning against my front door, totally ignoring the instruction to deliver to my neighbour in the case of no reply. I hope Savoy Timber will be rethinking the use of this company in the future.”

“Product, great. Price, great. Only issue was I had to email twice about the product and get a delivery date and conformation of the order, to find delivery was the next day. Little time to make arrangements for someone to be here and would I have been told if I hadn't of emailed?? Product was great though, very happy with it...”
