“Timber all in good condition,straight with no warping. Only issue I have is the screws supplied,there ok if your using the deck on flat ground(pavers etc). I'm using the deck for a raised deck 30cm off the ground,bought my own Hex screw fixings.”

“I ordered a decking kit from savoy timber, and very impressed, I read the reviews and was panicking thinking a wouldnt get a good service but honestly I couldn't fault it up to now, decking is going to be layed on Saturday, but my review is dont take the reviews as gospel, I had a lovely service so would rate them and thanks very much :)”

“The decking I bought was good quality. The boards were straight. Delivery was as expected. The only slightly irritation was that when placing my order, there didn't appear to be a page where I could find out just how much the carriage charges would be, until I reached the checkout stage. These turned out to be quite high and turned the well-priced product /metre into an average one. In all fairness I guess it would be more cost effective if I had placed a larger order.”

“Loved your website, nice and concise also good prices. Courier charge was pricey so was expecting wonderful service from Tuffnells but I was not given a 1 hour warning before delivery. I had rearranged my work day eventually delivery turned up at 6.45 pm with a very grumpy driver, he may have been tired! There was an item missing ( dispatch issue) but contacted Savoy the next day and it was all sorted. I would use Savoy again but not Tuffnells they have let you down, you need to make sure that customers are given notice by the courier when to expect the delivery and some easy tracking. I work in a School and not from home, so I need to know when the delivery is expected.”

“Would have. been a higher score but delivery price for a small diy order in lockdown (no alternative) was crazy. Delivery charge needs to take account of order value if system is to improve.”

“Timber I ordered was in very good conditions, no problems at all. Only thing I can say which is negative was the fact I recieved no communication about the delivery date and the delivery just turned up. Luckily I was in so was able to take the delivery. May not be so lucky next time though.”
