“I thought the service was very good but the composite decking I bought was overpriced for the quality of the boards. And there wasn’t a hint of any discount considering the amount of money we spent”

“Superb quality and reasonable price. Not very good on delivery this time, came in 3 lots and had to ring for outstanding materials, but having said that, response was immediate and 24 hr delivery. Would still tecommend and use again.”

“This is my 3rd decking kit from savoy timber i have been pleased in the past with the kits they sent me but this time I was some short I emailed on delivery to let them know slow at emailing back but would recommend them”

“Everything as described. Was informed that delivery would take about 14 days got home to find driveway stack with wood after 5 days which was good but would of been nice to be informed”

“Great product and easy to use the website to order. The only thing lacking was that I had no update on what time the delivery was going to take place to had to ring the store and the customer service department to find out. Luckily I am working from home and was able to accept delivery. I do think this needs to be addressed so customers have some idea when their delivery will arrive. The drivers were lovely and really helpful.”

“Fantastic product, quality and lower price on the market.....I’ll advise to change your delivery company....a driver man that wanna leave two work top on the street is not ok....my wife ask him to get them to the garage together for good minutes, otherwise was an returned product..You lost a star because of that....”
