“Delivered worktops damaged. Almost £500 and you couldn't add a corner to protect both ends as your card ends at 3 meters! No fixing kit as ordered and paid extra for next day delivery . Emailed and still no response.”

“The delivery of our work top arrived as planned but one end of the worktop was missing an inch of the laminate coating - it was just the bare MDF type material underneath. We didnt notice until after we had cut the piece in half and have had to resolvet the issue ourself. I cant understand why anyone in your warehouse would store or package an item that wasnt complete and had a fault at one end. We had workmen coming to install the kitchen and did not have time to complain or send this piece back to you but we are disappointed in your quality control and inspection processes. Essentialy, we have paid for an item that was not complete and it caused us further issues.”

Good afternoon, our kitchen worktops are supplied longer than the quoted size to allow for trimming of the worktop ends. This is an industry standard practice. This protects the laminate from chipping in transit or when being put in storage as if not over sized the laminate, which is quite a thin worktop component part, could be chipped which would then render the full worktop damaged and unusable. The worktops can be stored vertically and so would be stood on their end and so could damage the laminate. The joiners that install worktops should be aware of this standard process, but I hope that you were happy with the quality of the worktop and understand your point if you were not aware of the requirement for trimming when installing the worktops. “Sent Work top wrong size and and make up piece wrong size. Sent small piece back and they returned it the same size. So had to drive for an hour there and back me self to make sure they cut small work top to right size. Great price bad service...”

“your delivery company could not deliver on set date.we had re arrange other commitments to be available on that date.we waited from 8 am to 5.06 pm when we phoned to ask if the delivery would be that day we were told to contact the delivery company who said that we were the next delivery.at 6.15 we phoned the delivery company to be told that they could not deliver that day.you need to be able to give a better delivery time am or pm and driver should beable to phone/ text anbetter time for the delivery.he also should tell you if he cannot deliver that day.iI feel agrived that iwascharged delivery and waited all day for a delivery that did not happen other delivery service can and do supply the above delivery sevice so why co an you not?//”

“The inital order was wrong, even though the supplied dimensions were correct. The quality of the product wasn't reflective of the price, pieces of wood were falling off the fence panels as they were drying. On receipt some of the slats were already warped.”

“Bought a decking kit specifically to fit back garden and to negate the need to cut myself. Kit arrived with joists too long, requiring me to source a mitre saw and cut myself. Build delayed and now by over a week and forced to cancel plans.”

“Despite website saying 14 days for delivery, 2 weeks later my order status had not changed from the initial “processing”. No proactive updates at all and no updated delivery times provided. I did get a prompt response when I chased but I shouldn’t have had to do so. Arrived after nearly a month and quality is ok but not brilliant although they were the cheaper range to be fair although I still don’t expect fasteners sticking out of the panels.”

“Delivery for 2 weeks, then turns out you deliver next day 2 weeks later.product was thinner than described only measures 25mm.not 30mm in depth. Cost too much to return...Not good value.”

“The delivery. I ordered on a Thursday and delivery was on Monday. There was no communication from savoy. I ended picking the order up myself and I still have not received any refund for my delivery charges. I have dealt with savoy for a long time and had my delivery the next day or at worst the following day. But more importantly I was kept informed.”

“Delivery of product was delayed and we weren't kept updated on when delivery would be. This was only arranged when I contacted to request cancellation if delivery was not arranged. I was then contacted the following day to advise delivery would be that day, however there was nobody home to accept this which meant the products had to be left on the drive”

“The product itself is good, maybe a little on an expensive side. But there was no communication from the company. I purchased the product online and from the beginning there was nothing from the company. I had to contact them myself to track my order, they've never contacted me on their own. The time scale stated online was misleading too. Says 7-10 working days and I waited 3 weeks. They always had an excuse for everything. In the end I wasn't sure whether I'd ever receive my order and it did cross my mind that I might have been scammed. I shop online a lot and that was the first. Awful service but the final product, when I did eventually get it, is very good.”

“The quality of the materials was excellent. However the company gave me no indication of what time I could expect delivery on the given day, only 8.00am - 6.00pm, no text or phone call to give an approximate time. When the decking arrived, there was no check list to make sure everything was delivered. When I opened the parcels, there was no instructions on how to assemble the decking, pretty important as I bought the "kit" to make assembly as simple as possible. No doubt there will be the usual excuses and reasons for what is pretty poor customer service, so easily avoided.”

Hi There, Apologise there was a wait while you collected your order. we are unable to have goods ready for collection as most of our customers orders take up a large amount of space. We Physically don't have the space on our sites to pick every order . if you wish to order again if you pop in the comments a time you would like to collect and we can have it ready for you.
