Product was fine but our 0rder confirmation was very misleading as it stated delivery would be within 7 working days. We had arranged for somebody to come and fit it 9 days after we had placed the order. It actually arrived after 12 working days after much chasing. Communication poor and not nice to be made to feel I was in the wrong just for assuming the order confirmation was correct. Might have just been unlucky but very little apology given so would not use again.

Pre ordered worktops 3 weeks before needed and arranged a date Kitchen fitter was waiting and delivery didnt arrive. Had to hold back fitting for 2 days to rearrange alternative delivery

Hi there, thank you for your review, we are so sorry that there was a slight delay on your order. Your worktops were stopped at quality control as they had some damage so we took the decision to delay your delivery by a day or so so we could put them on our own transport that is only in your postcode location on certain days of the week. We thought this the most appropriate course of action as your worktops were 3.6m in length. Again we apologise for the delay but please be aware that we always advise customers not to book any tradespeople until product has been delivered or book trades people for the week after product has been delivered. This will enable any company to put any unforeseen issues right, rare that they might be but can happen from time to time, such as incorrect products being ordered, additional products that are required, and or any damage in transit. But we sincerely hope that you are happy with the products themselves and that your project was a great success. Small, shabby, oddly cut, spelched sample of composite decking supplied for £3 Not quite sure how I can hand the sample to a customer without explaining the finished product will not look like the sample. A sample is a product aimed to entice the customer into choosing the decking as an option, not making them ask questions as to why it looks the way it does.

Hi there, massive apologies for the incorrect sample going out to you, the sample was cut on the incorrect saw and was from a damaged section of sample board i am afraid. I will get your £3 refunded and will send out a replacement today for you - we do take a lot of time and effort over cutting the samples to ensure a first rate clean cut so am disappointed you were sent out an incorrect piece. The order was lost, issues with payment after this we were given a discount on the overall order, only to then find part of the re order was wrong.

Hi Mrs Foster, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review! The goods you ordered were on a 5-7 working day lead time. We received your order on 20th Jan and delivered the first part of or your order on 22rd jan. As we didn't have all the items in stock we followed on with the remaining item on the 24th Luckily this was well within the 7 working days timescale that we endeavour to deliver your goods . Yours were actually delivered within 4 working days. I am sorry if this didn't meet your needs. It may be worth considering an express delivery in future if 4 working days doesn't work for you? sorry not very happy ordered square edged worktops was told on the morning of delivery they had dents so had no choice but accept round edge ones as builder was arranged for that day

Hi Mr Ford, Thanks for taking the time to feed back your comments. We are sorry we were unable to fulfil the order within our normal timescales. We usually recommend not to book in joinery work until after the goods have been received in good condition. For eventualities such as this where due to unforeseen circumstances we are unable to get them out to you in time . It looks like on this case the worktops have arrive in to us damaged from the manufacturer so when we have pulled them out to quality check before delivery we have found damages . I am glad we were able to offer you an alternative ,even though it wasn't ideal so you could complete the job. Kind Regards Lisa

I received a call from Customer service to arrange a morning delivery, but as I work til 12pm everyday we arranged delivery after 12 the driver would also call 1 hour before. However I had a call at 10.30am saying they were outside my home, didn't call an hour before!! also assured me worktop was well protected from the rain it wasn't and the polythene was ripped. Fortunately it didn't rain but its not the point.

Hi There, Thank you for your review! Sorry your were not 100 % happy with our delivery. We offer an all day delivery service between 8 am and 6pm. Due to the nature of the goods we send out we are unable to offer a timed delivery slot. However where we can we do try and call an hour before delivery, in this case our driver didn't have any signal to give you a call which is unfortunate. we apologise for the inconvenience. One door was heavily marked and wasn’t noticeable until it was unwrapped. I didn’t do the job for two weeks after delivery and they told it was to late to replace

Advertised length of kitchen worktop was 1 metre but was actually 1.2 metres.

Good Afternoon, I'm sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your recent delivery. Our worktops are supplied over length to allow for trimming, we do state this on our website. We also offer a cut to size service at an additional cost if you require an exact length of worktop. I hope that despite this, you will not be deterred from shopping with us in the future. Hi Brenda, I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received your order yet. I have looked into this and can confirm that your order was dispatched on Friday for Monday delivery via our third party courier, Tuffnells. I have checked their tracking system and can see that this has reached the depot local to yourself but hasn't gone forward for delivery. I have contacted the courier to find out what's happened with your order and I will be in touch tomorrow when they come back to me so that we can get this resolved for you. The packaging was all ripped and the worktop was poorly protected . It was fortunate it was only partly damaged and that bit I managed to cut off as didn’t need the entire length

Am a afraid Parcelforce must have been at capacity as are a lot of delivery services at the moment with the run up to Christmas. I placed an order weeks ago for nearly £ 1,000 and I still haven't received the order and nobody made any attempt to update me on the delivery timings and the fact that your supplier had no stock. I only established that when I chased you. I still don't have an accurate delivery date and the communication could of been so much better from you.

Paying for delivery to arrive within 7 days I would expect it to come within 7 days, when calling to find out where my order was & being told that she’d check & call right back but doesn’t, 3 hours later still nothing so I call again this time a male says will check & call right back & doesn’t an hour later a call yet again & have to hold the line while he goes to check to see if my ordered items are in stock, eventually I get told that my order will be processed, my order did arrive but certainly not within 7 days, there was no apology & I think the delivery cost should’ve been refunded for the inconvenience caused

Hi Mr Wright , Thankyou for taking the time to review our service. I am sorry you we not contacted back immediately I can see that you called on our system and 3 hours later we gave you a delivery date. Our apologies it looks like in this instance we had to transfer stock into branch to fulfil the order. The order admittedly was 1 day later than we would have expected . However the order should have been delivered in 7 working days not 7 actual days. As you an imagine its a very busy time of year with everyone preparing for christmas. Good morning, apologies for the delay in your delivery, as we have discussed your handrails were mis routed by our courier on Friday and were allocated for a pre 12pm delivery on Saturday. We have been assured that the courier will deliver today. Parcel didn't arrive on the day specified. Of course I waited in all day. Customer Services left a lot to be desired. Brusque, unhelpful - I was told it was 'Parcelforce' and it was notoriously difficult to get through to them. There was no indication of what would happen next. The tracking system told me at 5pm that the parcel was back at the depot. No-one contacted me the next day. Again I had to ring Savoy to find out what was happening. I did finally speak to a very helpful lady, Lisa, who did her best to find out what was happening. The parcel was delivered early afternoon, but again I spent the day waiting not knowing if it would be delivered or not. When the worktop arrived, there was no edging strip. I am now waiting for that to be delivered. The company should consider changing its delivery partner! And its customer facing staff!

Hi there sincere apologies that your delivery was delayed, Parcelforce have a national tracking system that shows us the route of your parcel - we can see that it was dispatched correctly and out for delivery on the specified day but was then returned to depot and then re delivered the following day . In our experience this happens very rarely but could be an issue of bad traffic or delivery vehicle breakdown - unfortunately we are not advised proactively of this which I agree is frustrating for all concerned. We are happy that your parcel arrived the following day without incident and will pass on your kind comments to Lisa . I will also pass on your comments regards a lack of information and assistance in the first instance which I agree is also frustrating. Paid for 3 samples of Zenith worktop. So I could decide on colour and trial cutting and polishing edge. Got 1 sample of Zenith worktop, which was very nice and useful And 2 samples of "edging" sheet which where nice but completely useless for my needs. Result £1.50 well spent and £3 wasted.

Hi there, when we send out samples the sample is an example of the laminate for a colour check, we also send out a actual piece of the compact worktop when we have them in stock so you can see the type of core the compact is constructed from. The core is the same for all Zenith black core worktops so this is an example of the core which will look feel and polish the same for all worktops. Kind regards Savoy Timber

£10 for one cut to size? Outrageous! I didn't get the 1.3m edging strip. Had to call customer service and ordered one. Still waiting for delivery! I don't think that I will use this company ever again.

One of the timber handrail was bowed, it was disappointing that it was sent not checked before delivery.
