Took nearly 4 weeks for sample to arrive - even in these difficult times hard to swallow. Ended up buying from Wickes!

Arrived 4 days late but back other work that we were having done in the garden. Savoy blamed tuffnels and tuffnels blamed savoy. Savoy stated that as i was night shift tuffnels would leave in garden, tuffnels stated this wasn't conveyed to them nor was it an option. Very bad customer service

Speedy service but with one major problem. I paid for delivery, gave full details of where I wanted them to be delivered, they were delivered to my house and not the location asked for. The driver said it happens all the time. Makes me reluctant to use Savoy Timber again as I can't easily move large fence panels to the property I want them to go to myself. This is why I paid extra for delivery

I was sent the wrong order and when i contacted them about it i received a very poor customer service. I do not think i'll use Savoy Timber again, nor would i recommend them to anyone.

I purchased a 6x8 ft deck kit to fit in a 6× 8 space in my garden, even though the kit was considerably more expensive than buying the individual parts. I could have cut the pieces to size easily myself but as I have never built a deck before, I thought that this would be a good introduction to the process. When following the instructions, I noticed that the recommended 448mm spacing between the joists left a rather large gap at the end of the deck. When I attempted to place the deck base in situ, it became apparent that it was larger than 6ft wide (and shorter than 8ft long). I am now faced with a dilemma. Should I cut the joists down to fit the deck in the 6'2" gap or try to make the space bigger? Either way, having to get my saw out has negated the benefit of buying the kit in the first place. On a positive note, customer service was good following the mix up with the delivery when the balustrade was found to be missing from my order. Oh well, you live and learn.

I ordered some decking on the 27th of April and I'm still waiting for it to come .I was told by Savoy Timber that it would be delivered on the 13th of May but I'm still waiting.I have been told that it will come on the 25th so I will see then

I ordered a fence panel, post & a couple of other bits, everything came expect the fence panel, which was the main item, I was only told once the driver arrived, a phone call would have been appreciated. I’ve still had no word when the panel, which I ordered & paid for 3 weeks ago, will arrive. Not impressed

I ordered an extra decking board which was meant to be added to delivery this hasn't come I also had 4 badly split boards and several undersized boards which I sent pictures of by email and they have just ignored me, this has been over a week now without reply.

Excessive delivery charge during the covid pandemic. I appreciate your commitment but feel exposed to extortionate charges driven purely by the covid challenges.

You have sent the wrong product I am still waiting to hear back from you to when you can collect the wrong products and deliver the correct products. I sent pictures attached to an email on a Friday but still waiting to hear from you

Unfortunately some of the wood was the wrong length, only about 3 or 4 bits by 1cm but very inconvenient. Some bits had chunks out of it and some was frayed so I had to make good making the easy job hard

Hi there apologies that some of the timber was 1cm out - our suppliers do have certain tolerances but you do not need to accept and items that you deem incorrect or have been damaged in transit if you would have made us aware we could have sent you out replacements next day

although delivery was very quick, we wasn't informed that it was coming or even delivered, it was left in the garden of an empty property

Where is my order? Its bad enough with corona virus, I fully understand there is a backlog, but being told 2 days on driver delivery date is, and even you have given me the drivers name. If I don't get my delivery soon I shall have no options but to cancel and for you to recompense my account.

As I’ve not received all that I order & there is a lack of information as to when I will receive the rest of my order . I’m not sure what else to say . Missing some of the frame .
