“Normally use a local timber yard but they were proving unhelpful and expensive. Found Savoy online for decking boards and timber. Had good stock levels when everyone else had run out and managed next day delivery which was fantastic. Pleased with customer service and would recommend.”

“The 5th part of delivery (screws) didnt arrive until 2 weeks after the decking by which time job was done. More courier error than supplier. But products great. Does job well and timber not warped or chipped.”

“Ordering was easy but delivery was a nightmare. Savoy did not want to take any responsibility for the deliveries which they had taken. 5 packages, 2 delivered by post the other 3 by Tuffnells who didnt advise when delivery was finally made.”

“Mixed bag for me, sorry. Firstly just relieved to find someone who had wood in stock, so credit to them on that front! Prices good and website clear. Was really surprised to find that deliver was over £100 but given my options went with it. Then it turned up with no notice, no email , no warning and was put on my front garden, crushing a plant. Now not a massive deal and thankfully so heavy no one stole it but seriously in this day and age! For £100 delivery I expected more than that, not happy.”
