“Long delay before delivery and when it came part of the order was missing. Poor quality decking, full of splits. Customer service is very responsive until you ask for them to do anything like complete the order, then they go silent.”

“Shocking service, takes your money. Tells lies, blames everyone else, sends damaged items no refund, blames couriers. Woukdnt use ever again and i advised all my clients not to use them either”

“I advised them to have a copy of the parts check list in the box to enable the customer to check they had all the parts. Bit of concentration needed working out spacing for spindles but every thing looks great and professionally done and have had comments from numerous friends on how good it looks.”

“Recently purchased some zenith compact laminate for my new kitchen. Price even after delivery and VAT is very good and great choice . I had a brief phone call with a member of staff regarding ordering. Whilst it was a simple query I was very happy with the polite and helpful response. After ordering, the worktop arrived quicker than expected. The courier even managed to find the delivery address out in the sticks. I can't comment on the quality of the product as I have not yet seen it.... It is with the company who are building my kitchen. I'm super excited to see it finished and am certain the worktop will look amazing.”
