“After initial confusion over trying to place an order by telephone (out of stock) I placed order online, web page advised two week delay due to high volume of orders. Was ok with this. Most surprised next day by a delivery of full order, less than 24hrs after placing order. Great. Delivery driver was excellent. Had to contact regarding a couple of twisted/warped framing timbers, but swapped within 24 hrs.”

“Unfortunately some of the wood was the wrong length, only about 3 or 4 bits by 1cm but very inconvenient. Some bits had chunks out of it and some was frayed so I had to make good making the easy job hard”

Hi there apologies that some of the timber was 1cm out - our suppliers do have certain tolerances but you do not need to accept and items that you deem incorrect or have been damaged in transit if you would have made us aware we could have sent you out replacements next day

“Only gave 1 star as I couldn't give 0. What can I say other than very disappointed. Given a delivery date which came and went and made promises to chase it up. Paid £25 for delivery so surely deserve an explanation (you took my payment 2 weeks ago)...still no worktop. Totally understand the times we are in, I am a carer who's time is precious. But asking me for a review is ridiculous when you've not delivered....”

Hi there Helen sorry to see you haven't received your worktop we are working so hard to get as much product to customers as we can - your shipment was shipped from us on the date required - i understand our courier is having issues and instead of next day are working 1-2 days so as of now your order will arrive 1 day late - i am sorry you have been so upset by this

“The decking I ordered was all very good quality, no bad boards slipped in. Was great to just start and finish the decking we where doing. Well done savoy timber. Just got to say it took four weeks to get the decking delivered, but that was only cause of lockdown and I’m not complaining at all. Was grateful they where still doing deliveries.”
