“Exactly what I orded all mesuments exactly what I orded very friendly online (email) communication only criticism I have would of been alit easier if a contact number was available so I could order items I'm not sure if correct sizes ie decking for my garden but in different wood not decking planks but really happy with what I orded and the quick delivery thanks”

“Order did not arrive on the day promised, called and advised it would be with me after bank holiday, when it arrived one item was missing, called and spoke to a manage who said she would call me back within 30 minutes, I had to call back later in the day and she had left work, was promised item would be sent out, when it arrived was the wrong item, called again and item sent out again, item arrived and was wrong again, called and spoke to same manager and emailed in a complaint, stated I was not happy, she stated she would speak to a colleague and call me yesterday, surprise surprise no phone call and no replying to my emails, shocking customer service and agree care, would not recommend to anyone, if I ran my business customer service like this I would have no customers”

“I ordered a fence panel, post & a couple of other bits, everything came expect the fence panel, which was the main item, I was only told once the driver arrived, a phone call would have been appreciated. I’ve still had no word when the panel, which I ordered & paid for 3 weeks ago, will arrive. Not impressed”

“Service wise all good. Delivery came early, people were nice, product was good, only reason it's 4 star is because no one's perfect and savoy are slightly pricier than other places.”

“I ordered an extra decking board which was meant to be added to delivery this hasn't come I also had 4 badly split boards and several undersized boards which I sent pictures of by email and they have just ignored me, this has been over a week now without reply.”

“Terrible customer service, no response on phones or emails, calls never returned and this was to try and add to an order! Delivery still not arrived and no idea when its coming, ordered 6 weeks ago and had 2 phone calls since to say our delivery was coming and nothing turned up!”

“The online order and prompt delivery was great. Even better was the help provided by staff at the Blackpool branch who I called to adjust my order. Due to my mistake I needed to return and replace 4mm plywood with 6mm. The member of staff I spoke to was very helpful, efficient and got things sorted in double quick time.”

“Phoned my local depot and placed an order the delivery was given upto 3 weeks to arrive but it arrived the next day great service for the 3rd time and very polite staff and delivery driver”
