“Delivery came 5 days later then said even received text messages saying it would be delivered on that day and it wasn't, this happened 3-4 times. Was told when inquired it wasn't their fault and when the item did eventually turn up it wasn't complete. Took a while for anyone to reply to my messages. Overall a poor experience and I'd think twice before using you again. Sorry but true.”

“Ordered online. Never received any confirmation order ready to collect. Phoned 0345 number and rep could not get through to Wigan shop to confirm collection ready. I called direct. When went to collect timber order was not ready for collection. Had to wait till rep ready to find and cut timber. All in all a waste of time ordering online might have been quicker just to have gone into store”

“Unfortunatly, not a great expierence. Order incomplete Had to request instructions for fitting several times before this was e mailed over. Abused by the delivery driver - Very Very rude.”

“They never had stock of Luna grey worktop, called two weeks and still no stock. Spoke to one of the branches and they had the stock but nothing they could do as it had to come from main online company!!”
