“I ordered through the website and paid nearly £60 for 2 day delivery but when it arrived there were parts missing. I requested a refund on the delivery but refused to pay it all back and only paid £20. Won't be using again.”

“You didn't mention that the doors are not currently in stock. When we called the Preston store on monday and asked for the delivery time, you said it would be week on Tuesday (31/07/18). We purchased 6 doors when we were told about the delivery time. The next day we received a phone call telling us that the doors are out of stock and were going to be available in two weeks time to pick up (6/08/18). Now we have to pay our builders to come back and fit the doors. We wouldn't have ordered the doors if we had known that there would be such a long time for delivery. We are very dissapointed in your service.”

“Hi, I received the decking boards yesterday and only 13 out of 20 are usable the rest are split or damaged and three out of the ten pk are also damaged beyond use please can advise me on what you are prepared to do about it as I cannot complete the job. kind regards Paul”

“Ordered via online ,Asked for the Decking boards to be cut to size prior to my collection Was informed by a 5 star employee that (WE DO NOT CUT DECKING BOARDS ) arrived at store and was told that they will cut as I requested , Thanks to the staff at Wigan Branch the issue was resolved .”

“The good arrived with no instructions. When I phoned and ask for them, they sent me over instructions that had nothing to do with what I ordered. Essentially I got some wood and some screws....the product was advertised as a "kit" with all fitting instructions. If I knew it was some wood and screws I might as well gone to B&Q.”

Hi there do you have the instructions you require now- I have sent through another set just in case. Yes the decking kits do comprise of wooden decking boards, framing timbers, joist screws and decking screws - the kit element is that all the boards and joists are cut to the correct size which reduces install time and required joinery skills. I hope you enjoy the deck.

“Item ordered indicated as "in stock" - it wasn't. A delivery date was advised (after chasing) this has not been met. Further delay of, it seems, more than a week. Very disappointing.”

“Firstly Savoy is very good value for money in its products. However, their online click and collect service was very poor. Never received any confirmation of my order being ready and no reply to my email query that my local branch had received the order. Rang the local branch and was told I could come down and collect my order but when I arrived I still had to find and gather the items myself and find out not all the items were in stock. I cannot see the point of offering this service.”

Hi there apologies for the damage in transit - we really make every effort to ensure the parcels are packaged more than adequately to stop any damage - looks like this didn't happen this time - apologies for that and thankfully you could use the worktop - if this happens in the future please be aware that we would always replace damaged items no question. kind regards Savoy Timber

“Order didn't arrive on time. Paid for express delivery and didn't get it. Cost me a days labour when installer turned up and timber wasn't here. When contacted Savoy weren't really bothered, was told they would get shipment delivered on the Saturday. It did arrive but was incomplete. Over a week later and still waiting for bits to arrive.”

“Used Click & Collect. Advised order ready to collect at 5 pm Mon. Went to collect at 11 am Tues, wood hadn't been cut had to wait while 2 other walk in customers had their wood cut, took nearly an hour.”
