The delivery driver Dave was excellent nothing was too much trouble. As for the order I placed was a different story, 21 spindles missing 2 decking boards missing 2coach bolts missing and 1 newel post bracket missing rang Wigan store 3 times and was assured they would be delivered only got spindles and boards went to B&Q in the end would not use Savoy again!!!!!!

1. not doing weekend delivery 2. when it did arrive i was all here when i was finally able to to see what was missing i ramg the customer care and thry said i would have to call back monday and sort it out. 3. When i did call back monday i got told someone would call back i had to contact you 3 times before i was apologised and told a delivery has been made for thursday. 4. we took another day off work lost more annual leave amd pay for this. 4oclock came i called up to find out what was going on and got told delivery had been made for monday not Thursday. I thing led to another the person on the phone accepted blame and apologised and it has been arranged that the decking will be left outside unsigned and unchecked. Its not a safe place to leave it thefts happy all the time in our area. so we will only wait and see. I would like some compensation for my inconvience and your mistak twice. the guy on the phone suggested paying back delivery charge of 27pound although i dont feel this is enough. For what i have lost in time and from work. Please contact me

2 items missing from order and delivery left in driveway with no notification that it had arrived. Damaged decking boards delivered.

Delivery was due between 8-6 so I was up at 7:50 ready. Looked out the window at 8:10 and there was my order, just dumped on the drive. Nobody knocked, I didn't sign of anything. No instructions for the decking kit, had to email to ask for a PDF of those. The kit seems to be ok though.

One order was placed through E-Bay, and a second order through the website. When the order did not arrive after I had given up a day of work I contacted the customer services who wanted clarification of what exactly I required. Having passed over the information to an actual person (always preferable to an on-line tick-box) I waited in for the next delivery date. The goods arrived intact and well packaged, but two of the three worktops were of the wrong thickness, and there were no ends or strips for any of them. Contacted customer services who promised to sort it out and get back to me. Nothing happened!

Ordered online. Still took 1 hour in shop/warehouse to sort out. Really disorganised. Disappointing.

Take your own measurements asked a member of staff to work my measurements out told me I needed so much decking paid 150 pound took it home had to pay another 150 pound he added it up wrong this is the second time this had happened not happy atole

Requester a laminate worktop sample with a serious interest of purchase for our new kitchen we are currently planning. The sample arrived damaged and scratched and therefore could not get a true representation of the finish. However, taking that into consideration, we have decided not to pursue with the purchase which was a shame.

The products are fine but you delivered half it in the morning into the backgarden as asked then the other half you dumped outside our front door it's ridiculous!! The delivery drivers could have at least knocked I'd like the delivery charges refunded at a minimum

Paid click and collect. When I got there lady couldn’t find paperwork had to ask another lady. When found she said oh it must be out in the yard ask one of the men. Found someone who then had to climb up and get the wood down. He got the wood down and began to walk away and I noticed one of the 8’ lengths was in very poor condition so I shout the man to ask him to change it “oh just nip up on the rack and get another down”. I’m 73 so I had to climb up the rack and get another down. Not great service

I ordered 75 lengths of 300 cm long decking. When it arrived the lengths weren't the same size, they varied from 296 cm to 300 cm. As my joints and stud work has already been set out I had to go and buy more wood to alter it all. I emailed Savoy timber and received no reply.

1. This request for a review has arrived before the product - how irritatingly and mindlessly inept can you get? Particularly in view of point number two below - 2. None of the emails I have received give any indication when I might expect delivery. Apparently Tufnells is the courier, but I cannot find anywhere on the email that provides a link to their tracking system. 3. It is ridiculous to have to expect a busy courier to wait while the goods are inspected - OR write 'damaged' regardless and report it later if that turns out to be the case. Such a system is a cop-out. 4. The delivery costs are more than a third of the value of the actual products themselves, that makes then not especially cheap. From my previous order, the doors are actually good - I am very pleased with the way they have gone into the wardrobe they enclose. Pity about your delivery system Chris Waite
