“Terrible service would never recommend or use again. Paid for express shipping & only part of it arrived, shipped the rest for that to not arrive! We had hired contractors to start the day after the items were due & had to pay them for their wasted time twice as we were assured it would definitely arrive the next day so arranged for them to come back the following day of delivery only for the items to still not arrive! It was 5 days until we had all the parts & that’s because in the end we went & purchased them from another shop! Customer services couldn’t understand my frustration & the manager refused to contact me himself even though this was promised. I felt that customer services were very rude & did not understand that I was frustrated & said ‘well we have sent the items 3 times now at our cost’. Our garden was in an absolute state & we had chosen Savoy Timber due to the time of delivery & that we found a contractor that could do the work as one of our dogs was so poorly & couldn’t even move around the garden. Treated appallingly & I was so frustrated that I was in tears. Never ever again.”

I do apologise for the mis routing of your products we en devour to deliver all our products on our own vehicles but do have to use 3rd party couriers on certain occasions and as such certain mis routes are out of our control but of course accept responsibility. I hope you enjoy the products and hope your project was successfully completed.

“Item ordered indicated as "in stock" - it wasn't. A delivery date was advised (after chasing) this has not been met. Further delay of, it seems, more than a week. Very disappointing.”

“Firstly Savoy is very good value for money in its products. However, their online click and collect service was very poor. Never received any confirmation of my order being ready and no reply to my email query that my local branch had received the order. Rang the local branch and was told I could come down and collect my order but when I arrived I still had to find and gather the items myself and find out not all the items were in stock. I cannot see the point of offering this service.”

“The order lead time was great. However, I didn't receive confirmation of the delivery date and called to have this confirmed which was then followed up by an email. When the order was placed, it was advised that build instructions would be emailed to me upon order dispatch - this didn't happen and I called again to ask for these. Lastly, it was advised that I would receive a call from the driver to confirm delivery time - this didn't happen. Delivery just appeared without for warning.”

“Would have been 5 stars except that the 8 x 4 x 9mm osb board was delivered as 2.4m x 1.2m, short by 40mm both ways. That would have caused me problems as I had every thing set out for 2.440 x 1.220 (8x4). Savoy changed it for 11mm osb with no extra cost. Messed my Saturday up though as I have to hang on for the exchange delivery. Spent well over £700 On timbers & ply but no discount. Timbers were all fairly straight & delivery was fair.”

“We had ordered the Value decking from Savoy and it was delivered before the estimated date which was great. Unfortunately the decking we bought wasn't suitable for what we were doing. We popped back to Savoy and asked if we could swap it for the Deluxe decking. This was no problem at all. They even delivered the decking the same day! This was such a fantastic service and I couldn't recommend them enough!”
