“The good arrived with no instructions. When I phoned and ask for them, they sent me over instructions that had nothing to do with what I ordered. Essentially I got some wood and some screws....the product was advertised as a "kit" with all fitting instructions. If I knew it was some wood and screws I might as well gone to B&Q.”

Hi there do you have the instructions you require now- I have sent through another set just in case. Yes the decking kits do comprise of wooden decking boards, framing timbers, joist screws and decking screws - the kit element is that all the boards and joists are cut to the correct size which reduces install time and required joinery skills. I hope you enjoy the deck.

“Had a slight problem with the item. Messaged them via eBay twice. Had a text re the item but it was not from the seller! But the manufacturer and they do not see eBay messages. In the end I had to ring the seller to promo them to read their eBay messages. Had a message to say damaged door will be replaced, fingers crossed.”

“Item was as described, delivery was on time and was unload by the driver and placed in requested place at front of house, decking was wrapped in bundles and was all in very good condition, I was kept informed by the seller about order picking/dispatching and delivery Can't fault the service or product quality thanjs”

“Emailed to say dispatched, great email from courier to say on way be there next day fantastic. took day off work for delivery, didnt turn up not great. emailed both savoy and courier asking for an update heard nothing! 4 days later still waiting.....”

“I ordered 2 x sunrise panels and 3 x handrails, the quality of the panels was first class, well made and at a very good price, out of three handrails, one was warped, as it happens it did not matter as I used this rail for infill, I don't know I would have got a replacement if I needed it though...….arrived as promised, no problems.”

Your order is with our dispatch department and will soon be ready to be shipped. We will deliver your order on Monday 16th July between 8am & 6pm.
