“As always drivers are courteous and helpful, but the Website is not too good to use via mobile, (iPhone) quality of Product is good and chat on website was good even on 1st day of opening , website had crashed (No surprise🤪)”

“Ordered a 6x3m decking kit from Savoy. Did not get any confirmation email, or any confirmation of delivery time slot. Fortunately my partner was in and was able to take the delivery. Driver was very nice and accommodating. Kit was fantastic but came with no instructions on how to assemble. My sister also ordered one and no instructions were provided. One of my decking boards and frame beams were warped quite badly. I was able to overcome this with brute force and extra screws but it took over an hour sadly. Overall I am still very happy with the product itself but the service and quality could be improved.”
