“Great speedy delivery. Staff doing there best in a difficult situation. Tracey and the management at the Blackpool branch done everything they could to allow me to change my order. “I was a little bit disappointed with the quality of the boards for the decking kit, out of the 12 boards six have splits and one is cracked! Out of the seven pieces for the decking base two have got splits in! I will be able to work with them but not with the decking boards so I will have to replace them with new ones when I can”

“To be honest it didn’t , first delivery was fine but not complete , then had to wait two weeks for rest of order , which took two separate days to be delivered and now the spindles are not what we ordered as they are different from the others, they are plain squared not bevelled like the others and what we had ordered !!”

“Received a quality decking kit from Savoy. Special mention to John who delivered the kit as he was so helpful and maintained a social distance at all times, even gave some good advice on how to assemble the kit. So, to anyone concerned about receiving a delivery in these difficult times, dont be!”

“Difficult review. The tantalised timber was good, straight and not warped. The quantity of fixings supplied with the kit were more than adequate. The downside was the fact that not all of the kit was delivered on the same day and although I had ordered two facia kits only one has been delivered. After contacting their help line I have been assured that the missing facia kit will be delivered later this week.”
