“Ordered two worktops one was damaged so they replaced it, when the second arrived it had a slight damage at one end which they driver had covered by his hand so was unnoticeable until he left, it was fortunate we didn’t need that piece, plus we were told they were no more left. Also I wasn’t inform they were delivering that morning. Pleased had they look”

“I found the ordering process online very easy to follow. I did however, find once I had placed my order informtion on delivery and confirmation of delivery dates non existent. I only received an email on the day of delivery with no tracking or timing estimate. This was not helpful as I had to be at work.”

“We ordered some decking from Savoy Timber and the product itself is very good. It came with all the pieces although there were no instructions. Luckily it's relatively easy to put together even for someone who's never done it before. The timber itself was cut to size and good quality wood. The box the fixings came in was broken in transit and had been sellotaped back together but there were more than enough screws to complete the job. I appreciate that we ordered during the height of the pandemic and lockdown. However there was very little communication after purchasing. I selected a delivery date and then had an email 2 days later confirming the delivery would be the kerbside. We didn't receive an update on the decking having shipped which I would have expected so I emailed on the day of delivery to check it was actually coming. They did respond quickly to that query though to confirm it was on its way to us. We ordered on the 29th May and the soonest it could be delivered was the 1st July. I think the delivery times are now closer to 10 days so this was obviously just due to the pandemic and deliveries being delayed. Overall happy with the product but there could have been a little more communication.”

“Took quite a while for delivery but assume that was because of the pandemic. Appears to be a good quality door but packaging split and scuffed blue marking on one side, guess it'll cover up when I paint it. Nice deep routed panels, not just outlined like some cheap alternatives. Biggest gripe is there's no door handle, not even a recess/cutout in the wood where one would fit it in. I'm no carpenter and don't have the tools to chisel/drill the hole out. Seen on youtube what to do so will have a go at some point or maybe I'll give up and sell it! lol Can't get a workman in due to lock down again in my area!”
