“I have found the customer service is very good in helping with the purchase, though the payment took some process . The goods delivery cost is a bot on the high side as it turned out the delivery depot is just down the road to me.”

“Ordered the wood for a 3.6M x 3.7M deck. All arrived in good time and wood was Ok apart from one 3.6M 3" x 2" beam which was so badly bowed it was unusable.”

“Telephone communication was difficult, as no one answered the phone on numerous occasions. This was during the pandemic, so perhaps understandable, but I also didn’t receive notification that an item would not be delivered, and it took almost 2 months for it to eventually arrive.”

“Despite a long delay due to Corona Virus the door that I received was just as ordered. I had to liaise with customer services a couple of time and found them very polite and helpful.”

“Very helpful and fast delivery for our decking boards which are of superb quality. The only slight niggle we have is the the courier company didn’t advise us of the delivery until the actual day and then only by email. It was lucky we could be there as it was 300 miles away! I understand that this is out of Savoys control but feel that Tuffnels should manage this better. The delivery driver was excellent and even helped my husband to carry the boards out to the back garden which wasn’t in the remit. So overall we are very happy.”

“Ordering was very simple and pricing very clear. There was a slip up and I did not get a confirmation email and I had to phone to see they had the order ok. Girl was very helpful and said it would be shipped the following week and I would get a mail to advise me. Very happy with the goods and shipping.”

“Ordering was easy and delivery quicker than expected. Some of the packaging was slightly damaged on arrival but it was difficult to be 100% certain without unpacking all 3 worktops. As it happened, the first worktop I unpacked had a small amount of damage at the back end edge so opened the second and third which were OK. The slight amount of damage i should be able to overcome with the extra length I have so shouldn't be an issue.”

“I bought a balustrade kit and it was made up of good quality wood. It was supposed to come with all the fittings required and it did except for the plain washers required for the coach bolts (luckily I had some laying around). Instructions found on the Savoy website were in .pdf format and adequate built difficult to find on the website. Overall I was happy with the purchase and balustrade looks great when assembled and fitted to the decking.”

“Recently bought loads of decking and handrails newel posts spindles etc for a project and I am more than happy with the quality of the timber and level of service However, the only problem is that on the first delivery I received a text message from the driver saying they will deliver in a couple of hours, I was told I would be informed the day before so I could organise a day off, however the driver assured me that he was fine unloading himself, so fair play, and the second delivery no message at all regarding delivery, just came home with all the timber on the drive, so a little bit more effort on communicating delivery with more time would be good otherwise fantastic great quality timber and great prices”
