“I do think the delivery guy needs to be careful with the delivery notes. As my Husband found it in the road a couple hours later when he went shop. It had my name address, tel no etc on.”

“Not what I was expecting for a bespoke moulded panel door, all I received was a door that had been cut down in height top and bottom, description of product should have been clearer.”

“Was a bit upset that they wouldn’t honour free delivery that they had on just the week before especially with the amount we spent. Need to put another order in soon. Let’s hope it’s free next time”

“Service was good but the 50 spindles I ordered were very dried out so much so they took three coats of paint and the wood is very rough because the rings in rhe wood dried at different rates”

“Service from the Company was good. My order was easy to make and the item was dispatched in good time. However, on receipt I found that the item was slightly damaged, so I reported this to Savoy and a chap called Adrian was very helpful with regards to this. I was prepared to accept this minor damage. However, when I started to fit the door, I was disappointed to find that the door was not quite rectangular. The corners were not 90 degree angles, meaning that one side of the door was about 1/2 cm higher than the other. As a result, fitting the door took far longer than I had anticipated because I needed to use a saw and a plain to compensate for the imprecise angles. I know that the door was not expensive but the quality of its finishing was disappointing nonetheless.”

“Mark, the driver/delivery man, was very helpful. He managed to put the worktops into the hallway of my building. BUT!!! It needs to be made very clear, before order completion, that delivery is to kerbside and able bodied assistance may be required to offload the order.. This is 2019! Delivery should be to the customer’s home. I am 72, osteoarthritis in the lower spine and both knees and there is no way I can move 3 metre work tops. Or should be expected to! If I had known about kerbside delivery I would not have ordered. Wicks, B&Q etc deliver to my apartment.”

“The products that I ordered were fine, well priced and arrived without damage. However I got absolutely zero notification that they were going to be delivered, on paying you’re told you’ll receive contact regarding delivery so as not to miss them or have any issues. I came home from work to find my items having been left on my driveway with the invoice shoved through my letterbox.”

“Was very happy with the product however came with a minor scratch due to courier service, the packaging was in tatters on arrival on first glance it seemed alright but noticed later, I’d taken a week of work to do utility room no way I was going to send it back and wait for a new one”

“Could order the product I wanted which was a nightmare to find elsewhere - custom sized fence panels in very awkward sizes. Downside was they took a while to come, could only be delivered Mon-Fri so I had to take a day off to get them and when they arrived some of the wood was hanging off and we had to hammer it back into place with new nails as the ones embedded in the wood were bent”
