“Ordered 5 off 5.1 Mtr lengths of value decking boards the boards were not warped but there was a odd knot that had come out, a gouge about 50mm out of another length and one of the lengths had a split for about 150 mm from the end, and I needed the whole length, my only gripe is why don’t the people getting the timber ready for delivery check for splits, when I pay for timber at the high price it is at present, I expect it to be free from splits and damage, that said it’s much better timber than from wickes and b and q”

“Decking beams are fine. But they were dropped off on my drive without telling us. On a new build estate where there are builders and vans up and down. Could have been pinched easily.”

“Savoy timber are great to deal with however their couriers are not as good. Missing parts, parts just left and driver didn't even ring the doorbell. However customer service had it under control and solved the issue.”

“Dave who delivered my order was superb, very polite and chatty, not so thevsraff in the yard when I called for more timber. No one wanted to know and totally ignored me. Eventually a man loading a flat back asked me if I needed any help. Very poor service at the Wigan yard.”

“Hi, I ordered the decking sample pack to help choose between the delux or standard decking. I was charged for the cost but the sample pack never arrived. I ordered the 5m deluxe boards when it became available and this arrived in good time. The boards are good quality and to have 5m boards available in these times is very good indeed. Ant”

“Nothing wrong with the decking balustrade kit. Nothing wrong with delivery period. However, I received the items 2 and a half hours before Savoy notified me by email!! So, only 3 stars on this occasion.”

“Ordered some 6m decking. Dont get the cheap one they are very thin and a waste of money. All pieces bend left or right at the ends about a metre so this will have to be cut out if you want straight pieces of decking.”

“Disappointing as we ordered a decking kit and none of the deck boards were the right size! We contacted ST and they arranged for them to be collected, taken back and cut and then re-delivered. Added another 10 days waiting which delayed our project plus 2 more days of waiting for the delivery as you don’t get a time slot. Yes it did get sorted but no apology, they didn’t seem to care about the inconvenience, the manager wouldn’t even reply to our email. Also One of the pieces of timber for the framework was skewed too. We thought we were paying more for an easy kit but not as good as we had hoped unfortunately.”
