“Some items were out of stock then when I was told to collect the order was wrong they given me the wrong spindles. Managed to change ok but this shouldn’t really be hapning.”

“Good product, but poor handling in transport resulted in damage to the worktop in transit. One side seems to OK so still usable, but other is scratched. Cardboard packaging had many holes from being bashed.”

“Some of the decking arrived damaged, overall was ok. Arrived without the fixing kit. Had to wait 2 days for replacement decking as lost the next day on delivery.”

“the louvre doors arrived in good time however despite the packaging looking ok the doors had obviously slipped out of one end in transit and damage had been done to a small area on the outside face. I did not notice this until I unpacked them and the driver had gone. I had to spend agood deal of time repairing the damage and repainting the area.”

“The door looks lovely up, but arrived with some bits of veneer peeling off. Customer Services said I could iron it back on, which was true, but doesn’t give me much hope for the longevity of this product.”

“£45 delivery charge would be ok if delivered 2/3 days but over a week for delivery, bit disappointing”

“White work top 1000 x 600 x 30 Arrived as promised, was a little disappointed with the finish as tram lines present in the paint , but as this was for a utility, lived with the defect hence average star rating. I would order again , but would hope QC is looked into prior to item being dispatched👍”

“Prompt delivery but disappointed to pay twice for delivery when the two doors were in the same package. I feel that I have been overcharged by the cost of a single delivery. (£8.00 approx)”

“Easy ordering process and product seems ok. Good communication from Savoy Timber until the day of delivery which I was less than impressed with - phone call was agreed for day of delivery. however was never used. Shame as the delivery is one of the most important aspects. That being said Anne-Marie who works for Savoy Timber was very helpful and a pleasure to speak with.”

“I ordered 1000mm x 7 skirting, instead i received 2_4000mm lengths. Luckily i live in a house and not and not in an apartment block as it happens i still had to cut them in half outside in the rain cause 4m is to long to make the turn into the clients house. The only reason i bought them from savoy was because they were the only place i could find the style of skirting at 1m in length.”

“Quoted 1 week delivery, had to chase after 2 weeks to be told my order hadn't been put out for delivery. Order did then follow within a week.”

“Goods supplied as described. However delivered later than quoted owing to stock shortage which can happen, but only given 12 hour time slot for delivery. This is no longer acceptable practice.”

“Not 30mm, not that sparkly On photos it shows the edge is covered with the top but instead you can see the wood chip so I now have to buy a metal strip bar”

“There was quite a dark mark on the leading edge of the worktop, which did not completely rub out but delivery was prompt and the piece was acceptable.”

“Sample arrived quickly but was a bit disappointed - they may show the colour but they don't show the texture based on the display worktops of the same type I've seen in stores. Had I known they wouldn't be full samples I wouldn't have ordered.”

Hi there, apologies if you did not receive the correct sample , all our worktop samples are pieces of the exact laminate on the specific worktop - so if there was a texture missing I would guess it would be the wrong sample- if you would like to contact our sales office we can send you out whichever sample you would like free of charge kind regards Lisa Savoy Timber
