“Stock availability is great. Although required 4x2 treated timber for an exposed roof framework.....not the best quality. Full of chunks missing, twisted and knot holes. Needed these urgently, otherwise I would have returned.”

“The delivery was not arranged for within the 7 day timescale indicated on their website. However, they were very efficient in re-arranging the delivery for a date when we could be there to receive it.”

“Speedily delivery There seems to be insufficient deck boards to put any border in. Also 2 of them were broken I would appreciate a few more boards if possible”

“I used Savoy Timber earlier this year, and was completely satisfied with their service, however when I use them recently I was disappointed with the service I received. I needed to chase them for my delivery and I must say, one of the delivery people that eventually turned up was very ignorant”

“Quality and price is good, where I would expect them to be. However the website I find is misleading with regards to discounts, free delivery on larger orders and timing of deliveries, what seems to be offered is withdrawn when asked stating "not available on our timber or your delivery". If this is truly the case the wording on the website needs to be much clearer.”

“Service provider was good ....timber was ok other than two pieces were only 3 meters and not 3.6 delivery charge was a bit steep and no offer of a Saturday deliver option on your web site however your service provider offers this service”

“When delivery arrived there was no one to accept it so driver left it rear of house. When Iinspected the contiplast there were some chips taken out of the edges, possibly caused by careless handling. Luckily I only needed parts of the board, so I managed to do the work alright. The iron edging Iordered was missing from the delivery, possibly it had fallen out of the packing as it was loose.”

“worktops are of a good quality had hidden joints cut at extra cost but thought for nearly £70 would include the bolts to bolt together but didn't so had to source these elsewhere which i think should have been advised. Took longer than expected to deliver as paid for 5-7 working day delivery but when i asked how long would take was told the joinery process can take 10 working days. I didn't know this till asked. The worktops are supplied cut but they don't put any stripping or anything on the cut ends they are just plain wood so again more added cost so have extra costs that i didn't expect to have. Would i use again ? possibly if they were better value than elsewhere for the complete product as what i thought was a good priced bargain ended up being a little over £10 cheaper after adding in the bolts and the end strips than where i originally planned to get my worktops done who were supplying both of these. Which to be honest wasnt to me worth the stress of rushing round to get the strips and bolts at the last min.”
