“Absolutely amazing people. From start to finish ordering a worktop. Sadly my mistake I chose the wrong colour but the delivery man who I wasn't expecting so quickly as only ordered it the day before, made me feel so much better. He promptly took it away and said he would be back that very afternoon with the exact colour I wanted. He even checked my coffee table to make sure he knew what I wanted. Brilliant and so nice.”

“I often require framed, ledge and braced doors and have used a number of vendors over the past year and i have experienced long lead times from all them. Savoy Timber has been the first where I havent had a problem so they'll be my go to supplier moving forward. Thanks!”

“My original online order appeared to have been lost despite 2 separate confirmations advising me that hid been received but due to covid the delivery would take longer than normal. After 2 weeks I telephoned the Preston branch who found the order and delivered the materials the same day.”

“I have had the worst service ever, I ordered a worktop to be delivered 3/12/2020, the driver phoned me to get directions, then proceeded to swear at me, he put the phone down, when I phoned him back he answered but wouldn’t talk, I tried a few times, went to exit on the farm no Worktop. Next morning still nothing. 24hr express delivery! I don’t think so, I phoned Savoy to complain about bad service, and just got sorry we can’t do anything, until Monday! Needless to say I cancelled my order waiting for my full refund.”
