“Your failed guaranteed next day delivery and complete indifference to that failure ruined Xmas, cost me the same price as the worktop in builder's pay for no work and the driver dumped a 3 meter worktip in front of my door, preventing it from opening. Your offer to refund my £10 which was paid to ensure next day delivery was a joke, but you clearly felt it was all you needed to do. As for the manager in customer service, he didn't even know you offered guaranteed delivery and seemed to think it was a joke.”

“you guys at Savoy made my day! although one of my worktop laminate ( Sparkle white ) was damaged and had to return it and lift it that heavy timber all the way down from my top flat without lift exist in our block and carry a replacement one back to my flat!! but you made it easy by responding to my complaint quickly and professionally, I have received the replacement in two days only !! very good service and thank you guys for good quality product. just one thing I did like it whaich is regarding delivery service I think delivery should be more helpful , they should bring it to the door step whatever the type of the property is because how come to lift that heavy stuff by customer only!!!”

“Waited over 7 weeks for a door they only got back to me about delays twice and at one point said it was despatched only For them to say it hadn’t once rang and didn’t receive Eventually got my door again once I rang to enquire again the it was dispatched and received with in 3 days of last call !!”

“I ordered 2 made to measure doors, as living in an older property i found it difficult to find the sizes needed from mainstream diy outlets. Ordering process was straight forward and doors arrived in perfect condition and exact to my measurements. Very happy with the whole experience.”

“Ordered three internal doors using the website. Following day received a phone call to say my order had been processed and delivery would be within seven days. The doors were delivered within the time period and the time slot given on the day of delivery. Very impressed with the service and would definitely recommend Savoy Timber”

“Ordered piece of worktop cut to size. Fairly simple process. Lead time stated as 7 days but was delivered in 3 days. Slight problem with email communication but this didn't affect my experience. Delivered by 2 great, friendly chaps. Would definitely use again.”

“I placed a order for worktops and paid for next day delivery, and they wasn't delivered the next day. A week later I then ordered more worktops and paid for next day delivery again, and again they wasn't delivered. From order to delivery it would be almost a week. The product it self is exactly what I ordered and is really nice, but the late deliveries has really let them down.”
