Ordered online and paid on line 2 days before I collected, order wasn't ready so I had to wait in a shop full of people, no masks to be seen, paperwork wasn't found at first, only when I quoted my order number did they realise they where looking in the wrong pile, my paperwork was in a different pile. I was then asked to take my paperwork through to where the worktops are cut, I handed it to one guy who put it down somewhere, then a second guy asked me what I was collecting but he couldn't find my paperwork again, he eventually found it and then he cut my order on the big saw, an order they'd had for two and a half days. All in all, pretty rubbish.
