“I paid extra for 2 day delivery and didn’t get it until 3rd day when I asked for refund you said I could get a part refund and will get an email. I am still waiting a week later and no email”

“Made my order at midnight. Recieved a call 9am to say it was on the truck and on its way! Driver was helpful above and beyond the call of duty. Quality of timber was spot on. Teriffic service!”

“It turned up...finally after 4x calls but still waiting for refund on next day delivery when order didnt turn up in full for the bank holiday weekend. had to order the screws 3x times and 2x joists were missing from original order. Customer service blame everything on their '3rd party' delivery company and take no ownership for their errors, almost laughing it off as not their issue. not impressed at all with the service or the delivery service. on the positive side it was well priced and the wood did actually look in good order.”

“Poor communication. Was not contacted about order progress or delivery arrangements. Called for information and was promised a call back, which never came. One board was cracked through and the delivery man was reluctant to take it back. In the end I cancelled arrangements for a replacement board by phone but did not receive any sort of written confirmation, as might be expected.”

“Called to ask if they could deliver a car early. Same the cost of delivery is a rip off. £15 to deliver 3 miles is a joke. Considering if you're ordering decking.”
