“We are over the moon with the deck kit we bought from Savoy. I phoned to make a change to the order after I placed it and this was no issue at all, the lady on the phone (Wigan branch) was really helpful. The order turned up when they said it would and Dave the driver was just brilliant. Really positive and helpful and a real ambassador for Savoy, couldn't speak highly enough of them. The deck itself was great quality & the kit actually worked out cheaper than us buying the frame & boards separately elsewhere!! Will definitely order from here again & will tell all my friends to use Savoy too.”

“While everything was delivered in good time. I had to return one door. The amount of incompetence and lack of consideration to me as the Customer was ridiculous. Excuses were made blaming third parties. I had to wait a month for the collection and a further 3 weeks for a refund. I hope no else has to return anything they purchase. I had to call nearly every day and knew all the staff by the first names and knew who was most likely going to ultimately sort it out for me. I guessed right that it would be Tina.”
