“Absolutely brilliant service!! My initial purchase for deluxe deck kit was done online. The whole process from selection of my deck to payment was simple. The website is great with product & size selection easy to follow. Delivery (by Tufnell) was quick & the driver brought it through into the garden for me (my partner assisted him). After checking my delivery, I realised I had only ordered one stair stringer which unfortunately had a large crack running through the middle step support. I called customer service & spoke with Tina who was a real pleasure to talk too. A replacement stringer was quickly arranged (I emailed her directly with photos of the damage) & she also took the order for the other 2 I required. The replacement & others are due to be delivered by Parcel Force tomorrow. 1st class service & the quality of the products are second to none. I was originally quoted £780 for a similar kit elsewhere. I’m so glad I chose to buy from Savoy Timber instead. I now look forward to it being built & enjoying it for many years to come.”

“Savoy timbers supplier could not provide knotted pine doors as ordered however Savoy timber provided me clear pine doors and no additional cost. Brilliant!!”

“Driver only dropped part of the order. Phoned customer services and it got sorted however no call back as promised and driver didnt knock on at second visit to advise that the remainder had been delivered.”

“Great service, I was called to arrange a delivery and it arrived by 9am. One piece of the decking had a split in it but the rest were in perfect condition. Came with all the screws but no instructions at all, so I had to look on YouTube to work it all out. Very good price.”

“After placing the order it turned out that the delivery charge wasn't added on since they are unable to deliver bags of gravel and Postcrete. It would have been better if this was made clearer at the ordering stage. However, after a call to the extremely friendly customer services team it was all sorted and on the way. The delivery turned up on the day expected and the delivery driver was incredibly helpful in putting everything where I needed it. Only downside was that we were missing a few items. However, after an email I received a refund on the missing items as requested (the reply was incredibly quick which was great). The instructions for the decking kit were basically 2 pages and a complete waste of time (luckily I didn't need them but if I had been an inexperienced DIYer they would have been useless in a complicated decking project) Whilst there were a few annoyances, the people I spoke to over email and phone were so helpful it made up for the things that went wrong. Would recommend.”

“Fast efficient service, good value for money, few bowed pieces of wood made it difficult to use. Only down side is wood was delivered on my front first thing in a morning, no one knocked or rang the door bell. I wasn’t able to check the product before accepting delivery like it states on website. They is a risk that products could have been stolen just left on front . Overall I am happy with product.”
