“Ordered a 1000mm worktop from these guys as the usual stores don't sell them, although with using a company I have never purchased from before I was a bit wary. However I am glad I did, the worktop arrived in perfect condition was decently packaged and exactly what they said it was. I had to get in touch as there was a weird going on with the parcel force delivery (Royal Mails fault not Savoy Timbers) lazy driver going home for his tea rather than completing his round lol. As for Savoy Timber I found them to be honest and courteous and I would not hesitate in using them again.”

“the delivery did not turn up it said it. on the day it said it would. No-one informed me that it wouldnt arrive on date stated . Although it arrived early on the next day, there was no appology.”

“Your delivery was a day late damaged, covered in grease and incomplete. Parcel force made a mistake but that does not justify poor packaging I chose you for the delivery as I had an important job to complete I failed because you did”

“Great products at very competitive prices, easy to order and easy to find your way around the website. The delivery was within a few days and the driver was very helpful and friendly. “its advertised next day delivery, it took 4 days its says on the side of the building delivery from £ 10 pounds the web site its £15, when you ask about next day delivery, we are busy its good whether, do not advertise something you cannot do”
